ELISA Kit for Human Collectin Liver 1 (CLL1), 96 Tests

The kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of CLL1 in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Item Name

Collectin Liver 1 (CLL1)

Alternative Names

COLEC10; CL-L1; CL-34; Collectin Sub-Family Member 10; C-Type Lectin; Collectin-10; Collectin-34.

Organism Species
Homo sapiens (Human)
Sample Type
serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids
Test Method
Double-antibody Sandwich
Assay Length
3h
Detection Range
1.56-100ng/mL
Sensitivity
The minimum detectable dose of this kit is typically less than 0.59ng/mL.

Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Collectin Liver 1 (CLL1).
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Collectin Liver 1 (CLL1) and analogues was observed.

Precision
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Collectin Liver 1 (CLL1) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Collectin Liver 1 (CLL1) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
CV(%) = SD/meanX100
Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-Assay: CV<12%

Stability
The stability of kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.

Shipping & Storage

Shipped at 4°C.

For unused kit: The whole kit could be stored at -20oC in shelf life, while up to one month at 4oC. For experiment convenience, reagents could also be stored seperately, Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20oC while the others could be at 4 oC.
